Chicken noodle soup
One of the most popular recipes. Even doctors recommend the chicken broth with the flu. Chicken soup is easy to prepare, and it is quite inexpensive. Preparation time - 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- 1 medium onion, diced,
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced,
- 1 cup carrots (peeled and chopped)
- 3 stalks celery,
- 3 cups of chicken (cut into small pieces)
- A handful of parsley,
- A pinch of salt and pepper.
Melt butter with olive over medium heat. Add water, carrots, celery, onions and mushrooms, salt and pepper. Cook vegetables so about 10 minutes. Then add the chicken and bring to a boil. After add the noodles and cook for 9 more minutes. Remove the fire, add the parsley.
Pasta with tuna, basil and lemon
Very simple recipe, ready-made meals in 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 200-250 grams of pasta,
- 1 clove garlic,
- 1 lemon,
- 170 g of tuna in olive oil
- ΒΌ cup fresh basil leaves.
In salted boiling water, add the pasta. Chop or crush garlic, lemon squeeze 1 tablespoon juice. Cut the basil into thin strips in a large bowl, mix basil, garlic, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel and tuna in oil.
Ready to drop the pasta in a colander, add the tuna into a bowl, add salt to taste and pepper.
