According to a study conducted by experts of Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (USA), an effective way to combat visceral fat - soluble fiber, which is found in fruits, vegetables, legumes.

If you increase your fiber intake to 10 grams per day, the amount of internal fat can be reduced by 3, 7% for five years. A slight increase in physical activity reduces the number by 7, 4%.

10 grams of soluble fiber - that's 2 small apple, one cup of peas, half a cup of beans.

Under moderate physical activity, the study's authors understand the sport for 30 minutes 2-4 times a week.
