Running procedures
 As is well known, though the summer is often a favorite for many years, it dries our skin, so in the summer it is important not to let yourself wither.

Baths
When the weather is hot, you can take a cool bath, but not cold. Nice and helpful baths, which are approximately equal to body temperature + 37C. The bath is desirable to dip the cooked thoroughly and soak in it for about 15 minutes This bath moisturises the skin well.

Efforts moisture added to the water, fat-free cream - 1 liter bath, mixed with ½ cup of honey.

A starch bath will make the skin satin smooth and soft to the touch. For their preparation in a liter of cold water diluted with Article 8. spoons starch and poured into the bath. You can also add 2-3 drops of essential oil of rose or jasmine.

 Running procedures

Massage

Face masks
In summer you can rejuvenate your face with a mask of fresh local fruits.

- Purifying Mask
Grate on a fine grater 1 cucumber with pimples, add ½ teaspoon of boric acid, mix well, apply on face for 10 minutes, rinse with water at room temperature.

- Mask, giving the face a fresh radiant look
1 tbsp. spoonful of soft cottage cheese mixed with 1 teaspoon of fine salt. If a thick, then add a little milk. Apply on face for 20 minutes, rinse with warm decoction of parsley or water. The course of 12 masks after 1 day.

- Mask nourishes and moisturizes
10 medium strawberries wash, mash, add whipping cream so much that turned out quite thick paste, add the fine salt pinch, mix, apply on face for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Wipe face with ice.

- Mask nourishing, smoothing fine wrinkles
One chicken egg yolk mixed with 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, mix well and apply on face for 15-20 minutes. Wash off with a cotton swab dipped in a weak warm tea leaves of green tea. Wipe face with ice.

 Running procedures
 - To tighten the skin, protect it from sunburn and chapping you can just put on a good face layer chicken yolk and let it dry, and then rinse with water with children's soap.

- Mask, rejuvenating the skin and evens
2st. tablespoons blackcurrant without tails, mash well to the state of mashed potatoes, add 1 dessert spoon of honey, all is well peremyat. If thick, then add a little mineral water without gas or boiled water at room temperature, apply on face for 15 minutes. Rinse with water at room temperature.

- If you wipe your face blackcurrant juice diluted with boiled water 1: 1 for the season, morning and evening, the skin becomes elastic and visibly rejuvenate a few years.

- Blackcurrant juice rubbed into the skin as the head for half an hour before bathing. After regular rubbing at least 2 times a week, hair become obedient, bright, grow faster and thicker.

- For oily skin
2 tbsp. spoons of red and white currants crush badly, add chicken protein, applied to the skin for 10 minutes. Rinse with water at room temperature.

- Lotion from dryness and fading
Handful of fresh crushed roots elecampane pour 2 cups dry white wine, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer another 15 minutes. Cool, drain, wipe face in the morning and evening. Keep refrigerated.
