Tricks in the fight against aging
 The aging process is inevitable, but we can make it mene noticeable to others with small tricks. There are a few rules that will help you turn back the clock.

• Be careful with continuous protection from the sun. Use a sunscreen, sunglasses that block ultraviolet rays, and wear a hat. Use protective equipment in the morning before leaving the house, and, if necessary, before going to work, going home. Remember that the sunscreen you used this morning, reduces protection 2 hours after application. Avoid various sports games on the street in the afternoon; heat and sweat makes it impossible to maintain the sunscreen on the skin.

• Wear sunglasses to protect the eye area from ultraviolet rays and constant squinting, which is the cause of wrinkles.

• Do not smoke! In addition to the risk of lung cancer and cardiovascular disease, smoking is a cause of premature aging of the skin and blood vessel damage. It slows wound healing, and limits the skin's ability to heal itself.

• Eat well. A nutritious diet (we recommend that diabetic or Mediterranean, rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, legumes, fish, whole grains, and monosaturated fats such as olive oil) will improve your skin and overall health. Avoid processed carbohydrates and sugars that cause unsustainable levels of insulin in the blood. Avoid saturated fats, trans fats (fatty acid-like "trance"). A sufficient quantity of water is also necessary to optimize the health and healthy skin.

• Do not forget the daily care for the skin: it is obligatory to cleansing, toning, moisturizing and additional procedures, depending on its type (retinoids, whitening cream, anti-oxidants).

• It is very important a good sleep. The required amount of sleep improves your skin health and mental ability.

• Avoid stress. Stress has a negative impact on many systems in your body. Nowadays there are a huge number of stressors (career pressure, social pressure, pollution), and, most of all, coming at a time. Training, meditation, breathing exercises and the planned "rest time" reduce stress, thereby improving the health and appearance of skin.

• Include antioxidants and essential fatty acids (EFA) in your diet. Antioxidants have the ability to neutralize free radicals. Essential fatty acids (EFA), which is in foods such as fish and flaxseed, helps restore cells has anti-inflammatory properties and helps maintain a good state of the epidermis.

• A properly exfoliate the skin. Implement appropriate (chemical, mechanical, or both of them), exfoliation for your skin. Using too much of exfoliating agents, using them too often or with great intensity, can cause irritation and skin sensitization.
