Omega-3 reduces weight
 A new study in Australia, says that now people have another tool for effective weight loss. This polyunsaturated fatty acid Omega-3.

Scientists from the University of South Australia have studied a group of 75 people, who observed obese or overweight and high cholesterol and hypertension. Studies have shown that exercise in combination with the use of Omega-3 help to reduce significantly more weight than just exercise. After 3 weeks, the experimental group receiving fish oil showed besides weight loss and a decrease in the proportion of more fat cells in the body. The researchers concluded that omega-3 improves blood flow to the muscles during exercise and helps to stimulate the enzymes that break down fat cells.
