Day 1.
Once you wake up, be sure to drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice.

Breakfast:   a large glass of warm water with lemon; a glass of juice of 1 apple, 1 orange, 1-2 large carrots and some fresh grated ginger; Nettle tea.
Second breakfast: a large glass of warm water with lemon
Lunch:   A large glass of tomato juice, garlic, basil and green onions, plus a cup of mint tea.
Snack:   a large glass of warm water with lemon.
Dinner:   Juice mango, kiwi and pineapple. In a blender, place 1 mango, 4 kiwis and 1 small pineapple, pre-clearing them. And tea from nettle.

Breakfast: a glass of warm water with lemon, a large cup of fruit salad (no bananas) with 2/3 cup plain yogurt and 1 tablespoon unsweetened muesli. And rather weak black tea or any herbal, and a glass of fruit or vegetable juice.
Lunch:   Water cress soup with a slice of whole-wheat bread, and a cup of herbal tea.
To prepare Water cress soup   You will need 1 tbsp olive oil 1 medium onion, 2 cloves garlic, 3 heads of water cress, ¾ cup plain yogurt, 1 liter of vegetable broth. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped onions. Add the chopped garlic and cook another minute 2. Then put the pan in water watercress and cook until until it becomes soft. Add the vegetable broth and cook for another 10 minutes then transfer to a blender and grind. Serve hot, adding yogurt.

Snack:   apple or pear.
Dinner:   pasta with zucchini, tomato salad, onion and yellow pepper and herbal tea.
