Beriberi, hold on!
 In the spring and early summer, we want to fly like a bird or fluttering like a butterfly. The soul blooms and sings. But sometimes it spoils the whole thing ... beriberi.

Not only that, the mood was almost nil, sleepy in the middle of the day, so still and dull hair, pale skin and nails break. Doctors say that from him suffer 85% of the citizens of our country.

Vitamin deficiency - a temporary vitamin deficiency.

Someone thinks that they can buy colored balls in the pharmacy, a day eating two or three, and there is no problem. But as recent research scientists of many countries, pharmacy vitamins - not a panacea. And some doctors do consider them unsafe for human health.

Strain, cool, pour into a bottle. Drink 1 cup in the morning a little heated, before use add pepper and salt. You can pour a drink 1-2 tablespoons of tomato juice.

Whenever possible, wipe your face with mineral water without gas, and go on foot, for example, returning from work, wrap at least briefly in a park or public garden. Days have markedly increased, unfolding leaves green, flowers bloom, and you can indulge in the sun and fresh air.
