No sooner said than done .  On the same day, I ran to the store for ballroom shoes and tracksuits .  They are for ballroom dancing (dzhayf, cha-cha-cha, sambo, blues-rock, tango, waltz, rumba, passadobl and more) need quality .  Shoes should be special, it was convenient to pull the sock and foot on the heel not tired .  As a special suit tracksuit skirt shorts .  The next day I officially enrolled in a dance club and went to the gym .  The trainer warned me at once - do not take beginners .  I studied dance since 8 years ago, so was hoping that my muscles well, at least something to remember and proudly accepted the fate to be in their team .  Already the first day threw me into shock .  I could not think of any one movement ... No, technically I can remember, but only technically - leg movement, not muscles .  Muscles refused to repeat the necessary turns and waves .  Nightmare! Within half an hour I could not breathe properly and incredibly tired .  The coach advised - every morning to jump on the rope .

  Yes, the joke - in my one-bedroom apartment is very ... swung to jump - and no chandeliers. Aside departed - and the computer carried ... Then I come up with more interesting option - to jump in the evening on the street collecting the attention of the neighbors. Well, nothing will survive. Can jump start themselves. By the end of classes in ballroom dancing I could not, nor sit nor stand. The muscles ached terribly ... Finally the coach joked - and now squat 50 times ...

In the morning I could not get out of bed ... Another smart enough to wear shoes with high heels and a lot of walking up the stairs ... Felt disabled. Fortunately, the training was a day, so today I had a chance to relax ... just had to jump on skakalochke. I waited until darken, and went out with a rope in his hands. Jump start crying ... ... muscles 100 times and everything. I can not anymore. I sat up straight on the asphalt in the middle of the house. So, we must take himself in hand. 50 more times. The next day the muscles ached even more than yesterday. But he had to go to the gym. After a month of constant training, I thought about all the things learned in childhood. When you realize that you can dance well, you begin to dance everywhere. In fact, the desire to dance to any music - that's the first sign that your choice is correct. My weight decreased by 2 kg, and the muscles of the buttocks and stomach tightened. But I continued to eat the same as before.

And then something happened that made me realize that I'm not part dances ever. Ball! This officer ball. I'm terribly worried how I would dance, because when you just look in the mirror and you evaluate soft enough coach - is one thing, but when you're ready to dance in a circle of professional dancers .... They were invited to the ball dance with the public ... Students army officers also learned to dance specially for the ball ... But fortunately, they already had a pair, and they did not embarrass the ladies invited to the ball.

I stood in a circle of friends, not going to dance and decided that just hang out at the ball. And then I pulled the boy - a dancer to dance the waltz with him .... As it was magical ... His feet were dancing a beautiful dance, spin got exactly the bend, which is needed in a waltz, hands went exactly as it should ... delight, delight, happiness ... We danced three dances in a row at high speed spinning around the room by the same gorgeous pairs, as well as our ... Here it is - happiness !!!

Sometimes it is very difficult to force yourself to dance.   Trying to convince yourself excuses not to go. But then you look at yourself in the mirror, so happy that look good and go to the gym.
