Cola leads to depression
 The new exposure of low-calorie colas and sweetened fruit juice - drink daily intake leads to depression. The research results published edition of the New York Daily News.

A new study by the National Institutes of Health (USA) states: If you drink about 4 cups of soda per day, you have an increased risk of diseases such as depression.

The study involved 264,000 people aged 50 to 71 years. They were given different drinks (cola, tea, juice, coffee) during the year, and watched the subsequent changes in the body for the next 10 years.

The findings were the following: those who drank 4 cups a day, or any kind of soda cans (do Americans really so many drink cola?), 30% were more prone to depression than others. Consumers diet drinks even less fortunate, their risk was 51% higher.

Good news for coffee lovers: if you drink 4 cups of coffee a day, 10% less prone to depression than non-coffee drinkers.

The study authors recommend replacing sweetened drinks unsweetened coffee, if you want to reduce the risk of depression.

Somehow, nothing is said about tea. A study of criticism and does believe that depression causes not soda, and poor diet as a whole, because the cola consumed, usually junk food lovers, fast food.
