How to apply

• Enrichment of cosmetics: 3-5 drops of essential oil of sweet orange mixed with 10-15 g of cosmetic products.

• Massage and self-massage: 4-5 drops of essential oil mixed with 1-2 tablespoons of almond oil.

• Bath: In warm bath add 5-7 drops of orange essential oil mixed with 2 tablespoons of sea salt. Treatment time 10-15 minutes.

• Ingest is impossible, as the oil is toxic.

The essential oil of bitter orange
