1. Contrast baths. This is the fastest way to get rid of the pain in his legs. The best solution - the alternation of warm and cold water in the bath. The easiest way to implement it that way: cook just two basins with hot and cold water, and so alternate baths - 2 minutes in warm water and 30 seconds in cold water. Rotate the pan for 15 minutes. The difference in temperature stimulates circulation and eases the unpleasant symptoms.

2. Tray with additives. As additives use Epsom salts (2 tablespoons), a few drops of essential oils (peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender), water - warm. These baths are relaxing and protect from inflammation.

3. Ice. Ice pack, put on tired legs, one of the best agents in inflammation and tired legs.

4. Massage. Use any method: oily or dry. Massage oils - relaxing and antibacterial. As the massage oil is better to use a mixture of oils, such:
- 3 drops of lavender oil + 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 drops of peppermint oil (or studs) + 2 tablespoons sesame oil.

Dry massage is done for 5-10 minutes, with the use of rollers to the soles of the feet, tennis balls, golf balls.

5. Moisturize. Any foot cream or moisturizing lotion, applied by massage movements - can bring relief to tired legs. And to great effect - Wear clean cotton socks after moisturizer.

6. Exercise. Fingered feet on the floor pens, mats and towels. These simple movements will relieve fatigue.

7. The outflow of blood. If swelling and pain from tight shoes will quickly a simple way - to raise the legs for 15-20 minutes. Not high enough 1-2 cushion.
