Preventing stretch marks - a personal experience
 Stretching the skin - a defect, familiar to many firsthand. Almost every woman (and sometimes men) faced with the appearance of stretch marks on the skin. Some of them appear at puberty (when the skin does not have time to grow along with the growth of the bones), someone they are associated with endocrine disorders, rapid weight gain or pregnancy.

Most often we do not think that we in a period can threaten the appearance of stretch marks, and begin to look for the means to get rid of them after being on the body were the scars.

But as you know, the problem is easier to prevent than to eliminate its consequences. This is especially significant in pregnant women, stretch marks which is caused by rapid weight gain and stretching of the skin of the abdomen, chest and thighs.

Any of us in the same position or not, want to stay up with taut elastic skin, without unaesthetic dotted with blue-pink grooves.

Almost two years ago, and in front of me, already pregnant, there was a problem - how to prevent stretch marks ? With horror I imagined its appearance: on the thighs, stomach, buttocks and sides could be formed purple scars ...

Shoveled a pile of magazines and websites, read hundreds of reviews on all sorts of creams, lotions, and other miracle funds pledged tremendous effect, I realized that there was little hope of cosmetics manufacturers and the need to come up with something of their own, it is appropriate to me.

   I think we all know about the benefits of olive oil   for skin health. It helps healing of wounds (ie, it has regenerative properties), it is the appropriate tool for the care of these types of skin as dry and sensitive. Olive oil makes skin cells lose moisture and softens it. Rich in antioxidants, vitamin E helps the body in the absorption of vitamins A, D, K and preventing fading cells - using it does not clog pores, as do a variety of moisturizing and nourishing creams. Vitamin E also helps maintain youthful skin, promotes its healing. Thus, olive oil improves skin tone and skin protective properties.

So is oil - a remarkable analogue of cream. It will saturate the skin with vitamins and gives elasticity, so necessary for the growing belly of a pregnant woman, as well as for young skin prone to tension or sharp weight gain.

But just to rub the oil into your skin, it seemed to me inappropriate. And besides - what is this wonder-drug consisting of a single ingredient?

 Thinking what to mix the oil, I thought about the fact that honey is the best conductor of nutrients in the body, as It has the ability to easily penetrate into the pores, thereby nourishes, moisturizes and tones. Honey allows you to adjust the water balance, prevent premature aging and activates metabolic processes in the tissues. It forms a thin film on the skin which prevents evaporation of water, and contains large amounts of sugar and fat, which is regenerated skin.

Melt in a water bath for a couple of spoons of honey, I add to it a few teaspoons of oil, stir and got her miracle remedy. For greater effectiveness, I have decided to apply the mass under the film, i.e. do wrap. Sauna effect arising under the film, allows you to raise metabolism, thereby nourishing and moisturizing active substances penetrate into the deeper layers of the decrease in heat transfer.

As soon as my volumes have started to increase, belly grow son living in it, I started to use my invented honey and olive mask. Twice a week, before the bath for 15-20 minutes, I inflicted a lot on the abdomen, thighs, hips, and wrapped around these areas usual food film.

The result pleased me very much: for the entire pregnancy I did not have a single stretch, a single impulse. While gaining weight could contribute to this in every way - after all, plus twenty-two kilos. In addition, the size of the stomach were also very impressive (not surprisingly - a son was born with a good weight of 3kg 800 gr.).

Many women were surprised condition of my skin, which were traces of youthful stretching (speaking about my addiction to it) and which did not have any fresh impulses to the stomach or anywhere else.

To maintain the elasticity of the skin in conjunction with the mask helps proper nutrition, rich in vitamins A, E and D (butter, milk, meat, eggs, liver, nuts, whole grains, sunflower seeds), and douches.

To say that a mixture of olive oil and honey - a cure for stretch marks, I can not. But I say with confidence that it has helped me. The saturation of the skin with vitamins, while a huge load would not want ... And, perhaps, will help preserve the beauty of the body or to minimize its losses.
