DASH diet named the best
 Princeton University, the United States called the new diet craze Americans, DASH-diet diet better nation. The University is known for its objective rating, in particular their top colleges - the most powerful in the United States. This year, Princeton methodology was used to determine the best and healthy diet for Americans.

The rating included 32 popular diet and DASH ranked first in the list.

DASH - an acronym for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, which can be translated as "Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension." Meal Plan developed by the American Institute of health of the heart, lungs and blood (National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, NHLBI), diet instructions occupy 64 pages (!). At the same time, the basic principles are very simple:
