invites you to take part in the competition "Healthy food - it's easy!"
and open new horizons of taste healthy meals. What many dishes come to mind when the words "health food"? Cabbage salad and fresh soup? Down with stereotypes! We are sure - the participants cook site has a useful look at the recipes menu: culinary delights, high benefits that could compete with their excellent taste.
Share with us recipes and so necessarily describe not only a step by step preparation of dishes, but what, in your opinion, is its main advantage and benefit.
Prerequisites:
- Registration counter at the thematic style of competition;
- The presence of a paragraph to the story about why this dish can be considered as useful.
Recipes are accepted
from October 18 to November 14, 2013
(inclusive).
