The longer the lunch, the slim figure!
 It is no secret that during long holidays, we gain weight. This can be avoided if ... longer chew food. This is evidenced results of a study published recently in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (USA).

The subjects, spend more time chewing, eating less food than the "hasty" subjects. As the researchers found, increasing the number of chewing movements by 50%, while food consumption is reduced by 10%.

Promotes weight loss and calls for food. Experts note that, if members of the family gather around the table, all of them tend to stay slim, since talking. As a result, a meal is delayed, and all the participants eat less.
