 Recently, Gwyneth Paltrow confessed in her blog that she was diagnosed with osteopenia, which is the initial stage of osteoporosis. And the main cause of the disease was a lack of vitamin D. Now the actress is not afraid of the sun, and advises all of us not to neglect the sunlight.
