  • Take 2 tablespoons of the mixture of herbs (St. John's wort and nettles) and pour 1 liter of boiling water, cool slightly. Soak feet in the infusion for 15 minutes.


  • Take 2 teaspoons of baking soda and dissolve in 1 liter of water, add a little liquid soap. Hold his feet to the cooling water.
