  Another cause of constipation is office life most of us. 1.   In chronic constipation is useful to fasting in the morning there is a salad of boiled red beets with vegetable oil.

2. Take 2 apples, cored, cut. Pour a mixture of 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water, boil for 5 - 7 minutes. Take in the morning on an empty stomach.

3.   Drinking on an empty stomach po150 ml of carrot juice, or on 0, 5 cup cucumber pickle, mixed with 3 tbsp. l. honey.

8.   Mix equal parts of nettle, chamomile, tansy, peppermint, anise fruit, wild strawberry leaves, valerian root, root of sorrel horse and buckthorn bark. 9.   Take 50 grams of dandelion roots and grind in a coffee grinder. Pour 300 ml of vodka and insist 10 days in a dark place. Take after a meal of 10 - 15 drops, diluted with water, 2 - 3 times a day.

10.   Take aloe juice 1 ch. L. 3 times a day for 30 minutes before eating. Before use, aloe leaf better hold 2 - 3 hours in the refrigerator.

eleven.   Mix equal parts of the fruits of mountain ash, anise and fennel, nettle herb, blackberry leaves bluish. Put a tablespoon of the collection in a thermos and pour a glass of boiled water, half an hour, drain. To take an infusion of 1/3 cup three times daily after meals. 12. In chronic constipation 2 tablespoons Dry burdock roots insist 2 hours in 2 cups of boiling water and drink for 0, 5 cups of hot infusion 2-4 times a day.

13.   Take 1 tbsp (no slides) of flax seed, pour a glass of water, boil for 15 minutes, cool slightly, and the resulting warm jelly to eat in the morning on an empty stomach. You can also use flax seeds, ground into powder, 50 grams, 2 times a day before meals with water.

14.   Pour wheat bran cup boiling water, stir well, after the mixture has cooled, eat it in the morning on an empty stomach. After 1, 5-2 hours can be eaten as usual, the food no drink.

15.   Take 100 g of walnuts, crush them and mix with a liter of milk. Boil, drain and add a little sugar. Take 1/3 cup after eating 3 - 5 times a day.
